There's a good chance that Anatrim does not even exist, but is essentially just a scam to get your money. Various attempts by many people to track down the pills and who makes them, have ended in dead ends. Clearly, the people marketing Anatrim are shady since they are primarily using Spam emails. When the websites linked to the spam emails are tracked down, they are registered in places like Russia and China.

The spam emails emails themselves usually come from computers that have been taken over by viruses that the spammers then use to send their unsolicited Anatrim emails.

The emails make references to Anatrim being recommend by Oprah or by CNN. But, there is no truth to this. Anatrim has no been mentioned on either of these. So, clearly the spammers are lying.

The also mention that Anatrim contains Hoodia, which is a legitimate weight-loss ingredient (though, most pills that contain Hoodia do not contain enough of it to have any effect).
